Redevelopment of an existing warehouse for an offshore logistics company as part of the base set up at Aberdeen Harbour, including secure site access control and vehicle marshalling.
The works included the construction of new two storey offices and support accommodation.
The 1,250m2 warehouse was renovated, with improved services and provides receipt and dispatch facilities for components for north sea oil rig operations.
Arch Henderson LLP was the Project Manager and Lead Consultant for the refurbishment of an existing warehouse at Aberdeen Harbour. The warehouse, consisting of a two storey 32m x 6.5m accommodation building within a 74m x 19m building footprint. The accomodation is for 40 office staff and 20 base staff.
The construction methods used were traditional, with a steel frame, masonry and cladding.
Arch Henderson LLP worked with CCDP a building services organisation, and W I Talbots (Quantity Surveyors) in order to deliver this project. The project was completed on time and on budget.
