Q. How long have you worked at Arch Henderson?
I joined the Arch Henderson team in February 2024 after completing my master's degree in Structural Design and Construction Management with Sustainability from Kingston University London.

What I enjoy most about working for Arch Henderson is the opportunity to be part of a team that prioritises innovation and collaboration. Every day presents new challenges that push me to grow both personally and professionally. As a new employee at Arch Henderson, I am eager and hopeful for the career growth opportunities that lie ahead. Since joining the company, I have already begun to see how my career can develop. Through engaging in various projects and collaborating with experienced colleagues, I am gaining valuable skills and insights into the field of engineering. I see each task as an opportunity to expand my knowledge base and refine my expertise.
Q. What is your favourite project you have worked on and why?
One of my favourite projects so far has been Barrow in Furness Devonshire Dock Quay. It is particularly rewarding because it allows me to apply the knowledge and skills I gained during my studies. Through this project, I gained a comprehensive understanding of groundworks, soil exchange, and piling techniques. Collaborating with colleagues and witnessing the project come to completion is very fulfilling.
